Change battery Apple Store MBP Retina

Hi guys,

I have a question... I have a MBP 15 Retina with a battery with 84% of health. Barely I can use it 3h consecutive so I am starting to think to change it for a new one in the apple store.

Do you know if they only change the battery? Or also the cover with the keyboard?

They change everything because the battery cells are glued in place.
