Change Battery Warning Alert %

My battery got down to 4% and I still hadn't received a notification. While I'm sure there is glitches with Yosemite that are impacting this, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to change what % the notification pops up on. Such as 12% (my Mac's battery is getting worn these days).

I believe the notification shows up when you have 10 minutes of battery life remaining and it's not tied to a percentage.
