iPhone Change color of "accept" and "decline" call buttons in IOS 7.1.2?

I was wondering if there was any way to change the colors of the "accept" and "decline" call buttons in IOS 7.1.2? I understand that most of the button colors are now just code with image masks, but I was hopping that there might be a tweak/theme that would help customize them. This isn't really a big deal, but thanks to anyone that would take the time to possibly make this happen.
