Change Default Icon Location??

Hello to all,

when you download a new application, mp3, etc, it'll place the new icon as to the top-rightmost position that's available.

Well, i'm running Parallels in coherence mode 99% of the time now, so i'd like to setup my icons to default to the lower left instead of the upper right. Is this possible?
