General Change default mail and browser?

Is there an iOS compatible tweak for changing the default mail app and browser app so when you click from within another app or webpage, it will bring up for example the Gmail app instead of the built in mail app? I am sure there is, but I can't remember the name and have tried Google searching several different ways and found nothing...
