change desktop bug in lion

notice how in lion if you right click on the desktop and select change background it pauses slightly then jumps to the top level system preferences page? hopefully they catch that
 
works fine for me. UPDATE: Worked fine the first time, now it goes to the top level every time. Did you file a bug report already?
