Change DNS of the 3G (not WiFi)

I'm wondering if there is any ways to change the DNS of the 3G?

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 with Cydia.

Yeah there are a few DNS apps in Cydia i think ones called iDNS check here

Hmm thanks but I don't think iDNS is the answer for my question...
