Change EQ for phone calls

Is there a way to change the EQ system wide on iPhone. I have noticed that on phone calls, I sometimes have a lot of bass coming from people with deeper voices and it can make it hard to hear what they say. Is there a way to change the EQ for phone calls or for the whole system when I use my AirPods?
