macOS Change file date through Terminal

Hello.
I have thousand of pictures, and unfortunately by copying into HDD the "Date Modified" is older than "Date Created". I want to 'copy' Date Modified into Date Created for multiple files.
Any idea how to do it in Terminal?
(Just the first idea is Terminal, but maybe there is another app?)
