Change font for Calendar icon.

Hi all,

I'm new here, and looking for a way to change the way the date appears on the native Mountain Lion Calendar icon. Is it possible to change the font (and size, position) of the date as it appears on the Calendar dock icon?

Any constructive assistance would be appreciated!
