Change font size in Safari??

Can you change the default font size in Safari on the iPhone 7? I'm finding the text too small, just need to make it a little larger...

Setting and safari look for a setting to make test bigger. Otherwise pinch to zoom.

Or (on Retina displays), choose a different scaling option.

When you open a web page there are 4 lines on the left in the address bar, touching on the lines opens Reader View ( larger text ).
