ny somewhere
i'm working from a template file in Pages (a calendar). i want to change the font GLOBALLY for all the tables.

is there a way to do this? (i don't want to change it in each of 300 boxes!)

somehow, i was able to select EVERYTHING, and i changed the fonts (i still had to do this for each of 10 pages).

i highlighted a table, hit 'command-A', and changed EVERYTHING to the font (& size, and color) i wanted.

not perfect, but it's better (and i can move on..!)

In Future

The best way to approach what you're doing in future is to use paragraph styles.

Under the "Text" heading in the Format Panel, you should see there is a drop down of paragraph styles like "Heading 1", "Caption", "Footnote", etc. If you ensure all text is formatted by the appropriate paragraph style, you can modify all of them by simply modifying the style.

Sorry this doesn't help you now, but it will certainly speed up your workflow if you use this in anything else you do with Pages.
