Hi everyone,

My company recently switched to Outlook 2011 for Mac and I'm struggling with something, I hope someone can help.

I manage the calendars of 4 people + myself. At the moment all of the calendars except mine are a grey/blue colour. This is a problem as I often have to overlap numerous shared calendars at a time to find available meeting times that work for everyone.
If they are all grey it makes it very hard to tell who is who.

We used to have ical and I gave each person their own colour making it very easy to tell who is who when all calendars are overlapped.

I understand I can right click and change the colour to personal or whatever but this is way too time consuming.

Is there a way to do this with Outlook 2011?

Thanks!
Tash
