Change iCal default reminder times?

Hello,

Is it possible to change iCal's default reminder times?
Ideally, I'd like to have an option for "remind me again in X hours" and "remind me again at X time".

I believe there's a "snooze" feature. You have to let the alarm window pop up to access it. Each time you set an alarm, another alarm option is added. You can have several for the same event.
