Hey.
I am trying to change the iCal icon but have so far been unsuccessful. Having found an old thread (https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1008125/), I replaced the .incs-file in the following directories with my specific icon:
Unfortunately it hasn't helped and the program only changes icon after I open it. Even then, that annoying date stamp is planted smack in the middle of the icon. Can somebody please help me with this? What else do I need to change? it is even possible?
