Change iphone VM button

I was wondering if there is any way to open an app when I click on the voice mail button in the phone app on my iphone 4. I would like to open GV mobile+ (the one for the apple app store). it uses a url handler so "gvmobile://section?voicemail" would work to open the app in the voicemail section.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated. Thanks

not doable. all you can do is change the number that button dials to access your voicemail. you can set it to access your google voice account over the phone by setting it to your GV number.

to do this, go to the dialpad and enter: *5005*86*xxxx# where "xxxx" is your 10-digit GV number.
