change ipod alarm tune?

Is there way to change the alarm sounds on the touch? I use my touch to wake me up, and i put it next to my head, since its very hard for me to wake up at 5:30, but the alarm sounds that the ipod has is so irritating, so i was wondering if it could be changed, and if so, how?

See my (long) how to post on this that i posted yesterday. It is currently the only way to do it although i may write a midi converter if there is enough interest.
