Change iTunes Details

Is there any way to change these "hard-coded" iTunes details on the summary page, such as the date?

I would expect that date modified is just being picked up from the file attributes, similar to how Get Info or Finder would show the last date of modification. If that is the case you should be able to use the touch command in Terminal.
