Change keyboard shortcuts

Hello,
I have a macbook pro and I also have a desktop computer running ubuntu.
I'm using synergy to use the same keyboard and mouse as my ubuntu computer.
So now my windows key on my keyboard acts like the command key on the macbook.
I want the alt key (which is right beside the space bar like the command key on the mac)
The thing is though that i want to be able to take my macbook pro out and use the mac's keyboard.

So i want to keep the command key the command key on the mac keyboard. And make the alt key the command key on the pc keyboard.
