Change keys on MBP w/ touchbar

Hello,

I just bought a MacBook Pro witn TouchBar but it has a swiss keyboard, and I' d like to change to keys in order to have an italian keyboard. Is it possible? Can I do it myself (I have some DIY experience like iphone screen replacement & ssd memory replacement on a mbp retine pre-force touch)?
