Change layout from list to little circles on watch

I seem to have changed the layout when I press crown from lots of little icons in circles to lists of text. How can I change this back to original layout of icons to the circles as I find these easier to use

Press crown when you see the list hard press on the screen you will see an option for list or grid (little circle) view
