change location where itunes downloads movies

Hi

I'd like to change where my movies/tv shows are stored to an external HDD. I can move the ones I already have, then import into itunes. But each time I download something from itunes, it goes into the standard folder on my internal HDD.

Is there a way to change that so it downloads to my external HDD? I'd prefer not to move the itunes folder so I can keep my music on the internal HDD. but if I have to move it , so be it.

It also needs to behave itself with appleTV BTW.

in the end I just bit the bullet and moved the entire library, then consolidated. Took a while but its done now.

still need to check if its kept my checked TV shows or removed them becuase it lost them first.
