Change lock screen/passcode text in iStrings?

Is there a way I can change the text of the "Enter Passcode" string in the passcode entry screen? Is there a way I can change it to the current time? I want to have the time in a large font on my passcode screen, so I can use nolockscreen to remove the lock screen and still be able to easily see what time it is when I click the unlock button on my phone.

Can I do this via iStrings? Or via another app?
