Change logic board 2008-2009

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I have a early 2008 white macbook and was wondering if it is possible to change the logic board to that of a early 2009 logic board I can get one working with 6mths warranty for about £50.

You would need a new bottom case - the boards have different mountings. Would also need a 2009 heatsink and change the optical drive (2009 is SATA, 2008 is IDE). Everything else is the same........
