change menu bar icons in adium?

does anyone know how to do this? i can download the xtras...and ive even tried the install button off adium xtras site..but no dice...
So any help?

Menu Bar Xtras are a feature of Adium 1.1, currently in beta. It'll be out pretty soon.

The old way:

If you're talking about changing the duck icon then you have to right click on the adium icon in Finder and choose "Show Package Contents." Navigate to the resource folder and drag and drop them in replacing the current set. It's a pain but a heck of a lot better than looking at that darn duck.

New way is as Catfish Man suggested.
