Hello, everyone here. I have ordered a MBP 15" i7 on oct 9th, the estimate arrive date is 20th. But I am a bit regret for this order because I found I really don't need the power of i7, an i5 2.4 will be sufficient for my need. Can I change it to a i5 MBP and get a refund of the difference of prices? If I can, should I pay for a stock fee or something? And how?
Replies will be very appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Franck

Yes, you can. Apple will refund the difference and you don't have to pay any fees if it's unopened (if it's opened, 10% restocking fee may be charged)

Thank you for your reply. And how can I do that? Taking it to apple store?

Did you buy it from Online Store? Usually, it has to be returned to the same store you bought it from (in this case you should call Apple and they will come and pick it up) but since it's unopened, you could go and try if a regular Apple Store will accept it. Another option is to call Apple and send it back and just go and buy i5 from Apple Store (assuming you have the money and don't have to wait for refund).
