iPhone Change Notification Sounds in 3rd Party Apps? (Non-Jailbroken)

I made the biggest mistake of my life last night and un-jailbroke my device, thinking I wouldn't miss out on any features. But I remembered one big one that was essential to me, but it was too late.

Is there any way to customize notification sounds on 3rd party apps? Please someone help me. I tried iExplorer and iFunbox to try to edit the notification sounds, but the files wouldn't override or delete.

Not all, you can check the IMEI number to find out what the manufacturing date is, has to be beginning of this year, chances are slim though

Wonder where this will go next ? (Keeping in mind this is only about changing some notification tones )
