Change of creation date when photos is exported from PHOTOS App.

I have seen this before but it hasn't caused me a problem yet, but I haven't done the following yet either.

I recently exported a number of photos from my PHOTOS App to a folder on my iMac. I will be sending these photos to another PHOTOS App on another Mac via import. I just noticed the Creation Date on the photos in the Export folder are not the same as the original photo in my PHOTOS App. When the photos are imported into the new PHOTOS App will the original creation date still be included on the copied photos?
