Using Mojave.
The cursor points to 11o'clock. the tail of the cursor is in the direction of about 5 o'clock. Is there a way to have the pointer point in another direction, say 9o'clock or 6 o'clock? Are there other third party cursors that can be imported?
the problem with the current one is that when a descriptive balloon arises from hovering over an icon --like in Photoshop--the mouse cursor overlays the text description of the icon preventing it from being read.
Context sensitive cursors have the same problem as shown here. I know that says "smilies" but I often do not know and the cursor defeats the purpose of the ballooned text
Thanks
