Is there something to change the pitch and/or tempo of a music file?

Anything else. Audacity works but it takes a few more steps to do so. Looking for something I can change pitch and/or tempo of music file somebody sends me in real time. I not concerned with recording studio quality. Here is the scenerio - Somebody send me a music file. Its in a certain key but they want me to learn it in a different key.

I know there is something Apple oriented that plays in a browser and others that do so. I tried them but not quiet what I want.

Have you tried in the App Store?
Searching for “tempo” returns Capo https://apps.apple.com/app/id696977615 and other similar apps.
