iPod touch Change playlist on the road?

I travel on the road a majority of the time for my job. I was wondering, is there anyway of changing the order of songs, or to make a new playlist without linking to a computer. I don't take a computer with me and this would help greatly. Is there a third party app that would let me or anything?

You can't change an existing playlist but you can create a new one by using the On The Go function.
