Change playlist

I travel on the road a majority of the time for my job. I was wondering, is there anyway of changing the order of songs, or to make a new playlist without linking to a computer. I don't take a computer with me and this would help greatly. Is there a third party app that would let me or anything?

Yes, there is. When you make an on the go playlist, you choose what songs play and in what order. Just don't put on shuffle!
