Change pointer color

Hi, I am running Mountain Lion on the 24" iMac. Trouble is my system has 4 wide screen monitors, often the pointer gets lost in the sea of monitors. I figured out hoe to make the pointer as big as it can be, it Helps. However, it would be even better if I can make the pointer red instead of the color black. Does anyone know if there is a way to edit the system resource to change the pointer color without using any third party software?
