Change Printer Presets

Since the Catalina upgrade, I can't figure out how to change the printer presets. I want to set up a duplex preset.
I duplicated the defaults preset and renamed it single_sided. Duplicated again, renamed to double_sided and tried to change the duplex setting from off to on, but the settings seem uneditable.

You could always look at going to http://localhost:631 set the defaults using CUPS.
