To open links in a new tab, you can:
1. touch and hold a link, then select to open in a new tab:
2. 3D Touch lightly, swipe up and select to open in a new tab.

I prefer the second way, because the first one takes forever to show the options menu when you hold your finger on a link.

However, I feel that the "peek and pop" 3D Touch feature could be better utilized if I could set the "pop" press (the second 3D Touch pressure) to open the link in a new tab.

Any way to customize this behavior? If not, any web browser that allows you to do this?
