Change Safari 6 behavior to automatically download .mp3 links

I'm seriously about to have a conniption because Safari insists on opening every .mp3 link in a quicktime player instead of downloading it. I can't always do the option-click with download linked file as since I'll get files via Sparrow.

Thanks for any tips!
