Is there anyway to change the shortcut from "command + LEFT" to something else?
Its because i'm always browsing and my right hand is always on the mouse and my left hand always on the left side of the keyboard. My mouse does not have an extra feature to do this.

either doesn't work, or only reverts the "Delete" button as a shortcut.
