change saved urls home screen icons

do the icons live in a particular folder that i can ssh onto and change? most of my saved urls - using 'add to home screen' are pretty boring. i have tried expanding the page to get the logo then saving but is there another way?
i use glaskart and would like the saved urls showing in a similar style.
