Hello,
sorry if it's an obvious thing but I've never figured the following out completely:
If I embed multiple images in a post, I obviously want them the be identical in width for better readability.
The forums software therefore offers the "Change size" functionality for images.

But no matter the browser, I can't seem to trigger the overlay menu consistently.
- I've never gotten it to work in Mobile mode.
- It barely works when creating a post (if at all).
- It mostly works when editing a post, but not necessarily on all images... see attached video.
(Firefox 128.3.0esr Desktop)

If there's a guide or resource, I'd appreciate a hint.
Thanks

I don't know what you are doing there because I never see those symbols when clicking on an image. I resize them just by clicking on one of the 4 black squares in every corner and drag it in or out.

Yes, dragging them to an approximate size always works.
But with the "Change size" button you can set an exact width.
Especially with text in between multiple images, it's cumbersome (or impossible) to get them to the same size/width simply by dragging.
If the forum software already offers the option to set a consistent image size, I do like to use it.
I find it to help with readability and the overall look.
I always assumed this to be the 'proper' way compared to a quick-and-dirty dragging.

Unfortunately, the best way to do it would be to edit your images before hand to have the same width. I'm not even sure how you are pulling up that menu on some images. I've tested on Safari, Firefox and Edge lol.

I don't get that pop-up tool bar either. When I need to do this, I go into BB Code mode and set the widths to the same number there.
