Change SMTP Server Name

Plugged in an external hard drive to my router today. Can connect fine, however it appears everywhere (MacOS, iPad) with a name of "H". In the router settings, I've changed it to something more suitable, however it still appears everywhere as H?

Is there any way I can rename this in MacOS?
