Change subnet mask in Plex

I am troubleshooting Plex Media server for a friend. They have Plex installed on multiple devices and the server portion is installed on a desktop that is storing all the media. The error message they are getting on there PS4 is that the PS4 and Plex Media server are on different Subnets.

Is there a way to check the subnet settings in the Plex Media server web page?
