Change the Documents folder to a different HD?

Ok basically I'd like the documents folder in home to go straight to Macintosh HD 2.2 (which is my new 'documents' folder)

I've seen terminal commands that kinda do this, can it be done if so how?

A quick google didn't find me anything (although didn't try THAT hard )

Create a folder on the other drive called "Documents"

Then go to your user folder, delete the documents folder, and create a symbolic link (symlink) to the documents folder on the other drive.
