Change the framerate in Imovie 11

Hello All,

By mistake I created a project with Imovie11 with a frame rate of 30 fps.
I finished my project and the result is a jumpy movie.
I need to update the project or the movie to 24 fps.

In the properties of the movie this field is greyed out.

Is there any way to "convert" this movie or update the frame rate?

Thanks a lot in advance for any hints you could provide me.

As far as I know, you can't change the framerate of an existing Project. You'll have to start a new Project.
