Change the size of a open app, logo on the running icon in dock

hey guys, newish to Mac OS X, got Leopard,

question is , on a minimized app, on the right side of the dock, you see the app on the dock an thers a little logo of the app on the icon of the app

for example if you have itunes minimized, you see a pic of itunes in the dock. and on that pic, you see the itunes logo,

can you change the size of that logo, like to make it a little bigger?

terminal command or app to change it??
