change the still image for episode in the iOS Video App???

Hello,

Is there a way to change the image that the iPhone Video App uses as a thumbnail for individual TV episodes or movie chapters?

I don't mean mean the season artwork or the film poster. I'm talking about the still image used beside each episode when you view them as a list.

Sorry I should have mentioned that I know how to "Set Poster Frame" but I wouldn't have the season artwork.
