Change time tag in photos?

I've taken some photos where the first of them had a wrong taken time - until I remembered to change the timezone of the camera.

I now need a program for changing the different time meta information in each of these photos. Which software would you recommend for this?

What software do you usually use to manage/edit your photos? I ask as it may be able to do this for you. For example Aperture can bulk change the time in images (but I'd not recommend it as a value-for-money choice if this is all you want to use it for).
