Change video cam resolution w/ video camera+

I and other people have posted about changing the video camera resolution--at 180mb/min the 16gb model might as well not have a video camera.

this might be well-known in some circles, but I found that Video Camera+ has this ability and costs only 99c in the US. I don't know how efficient the encoding is or what that even means though.

try the app filmic pro, loads of adjustments that might suit you

note: You can record in 720p on a iPhone4S with Filmic Pro app, but the developer said you also lose image-stabilization

do like camera + ? I gave it a spin but the videos aren't widescreen 16.9 but old school 4 x 3
