Anyone know how I can change the speaker volume with my mouse's scroll wheel? What I'd like is similar to the griffin powermate:

except I could change my speaker volume using the scroll wheel only when holding a modifier key down (ex: command-option). Any ideas? I use a kensington expert mouse.
