Change Wallpaper Based on Time of Day?

In the past few years Apple has added wallpapers of the same photos/video taken at different times of day, but unlike Dynamic Wallpapers, they don't change on your desktop throughout the day to match the times of day they were taken.

Is there a 3rd party app that can change your selected wallpaper based on time of day?

They really took a step back from Dynamic Wallpapers with these single option wallpapers.
