It was a known bug. It wasn't possible to change your country within your iTunes-account.

Just got an email from Apple which informed me that it is working now. Great!

Country how? And why? I don't think I understand what you mean.

Could I use one store now and when I move another?

How can I use another countries store ? My CC will only work for one country, and if I have bought iTunes cards they are only credits for that country, so I don't understand.

Unless your just saying you can change countries and then CC's too, not "buying from another country with the former countries CC". You know ? It's confusing to explain.

No, but people who moved from one country to another couldn't change the store's location.

e.g. moved from Germany to the UK and, of course, have my bank in the UK, which iTunes doesn't let me use in the German store. Till today it wasn't possible to change the country within my iTunes-account, which was a known bug.
